However, some businesses want to sell closer to home. Maine PTAC’s Bid Match service also, picks up Request for Proposal’s (RFP’s) that are posted by The Maine Division of Purchases http://www.state.me.us/purchase/ and other states if they are electronically available. Vendors that want to sell to the State of Maine must be registered in the Vendor Self-Service (VSS) portal http://www.state.me.us/purchase/vendorinfo/vss.htm.
